With years of experience in the insurance industry, Linda has built a client base of over 1,500 satisfied clients by providing education and guidance on the many options available in today’s ever-changing healthcare world.
Linda is passionate about her work, her customers, and her community. She is a member of and has served as an Ambassador for both Knoxville and Williamson County Chambers. She also hosts events with area senior centers and volunteers with various non-profit organizations. She’s also the founder of 100 Women Who Care of Williamson County.
She prides herself on building trusting relationships and has received repeated recognition for outstanding sales and service.
With over 20 years in the insurance industry, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Core Insurance Advisors.
Mark began his career as a Sales Agent in Los Angeles, California where he quickly became one of the top producing agents in the market. His passion for the industry, his fellow associates, and consumers in the local community, lead him to hold various leadership positions in Sales, Marketing and Operations.
Mark was one of the early pioneers in the design, development and implementation of physician co-op marketing programs which allowed physicians to directly compete for market share in the Medicare Advantage space against other providers within the same geography.
He was instrumental in the expansion of Medicare Advantage plans across the United States, launching these products for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthFirst HMO, Sun Health MediSun, Cigna/HealthSpring and Humana.
Many of today’s top companies owe their success to the foundation Mark and his teams put in place during their infancy and to the many associates he hired and mentored throughout his career.
In his role with Core Insurance Advisors, Mark will oversee the day to day operations of the company with a focus on providing tools, training and resources to agents and agencies looking to establish their presence in the Medicare space.
In addition, he looks to engage with providers to further expand their membership base and increase brand loyalty and retention, while working with consumers to help them better understand their Medicare choices.
Mark is an avid golfer, author, and amateur home chef. He believes that the best way to reach one’s personal goals, is to help others reach theirs.
Before joining Core Insurance Advisors, Brooke spent over 10 years working with businesses on their human resources and insurance. She thrives on helping people find the best possible solutions for their specific needs and welcomes the opportunity to assist with their insurance decisions.
She is excited to continue her involvement with the Knoxville business community. Brooke is one of the founders of a quarterly giving circle called 100 Women Who Care Knoxville, a member-driven organization to support specific non-profit projects in our area.
She has proven her ability to serve her customers needs and will go the extra mile to ensure they are receiving the best possible care. She looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with her customers.
Teja worked in healthcare industry for 15 years as a Diabetes Account Manager, Home Health Care Representative, Business Development Manager for Dental Providers, and Cardiovascular & Nervous System Medical Device Representative. During this time Teja provided the community with free educational seminars and personally made sure diabetes patients wouldn’t have to worry about their glucometers.She provided clinics for Healthy Habits, Balance Clinic, Hypertension & Cholesterol discussions, and Diabetic Bingo and has volunteered at Assisted Living facilities in East TN.
Teja was also a liaison between a mail order pharmacy and 400 insurance agents in TN, KY, and VA, providing information to each agent on how to keep their clients informed of the changes in diabetes coverage. During that time, the bug to provide services to seniors was planted and about 7 years later, an opportunity arose to realize a quiet dream she’s had for all these years.
Having such varied background allows Teja to intimately understand some of the special needs of seniors, which ultimately helps her provide extra assistance to her clients. And that is what her ultimate goal is – do the best she can to help those in need of insurance coverage.
Spanning 15 years of combined corporate and private insurance experience, Melanie’s approach of service, education, and relationship-building has contributed to her success in maintaining excellent client relations that has expanded well over a decade. By consistently implementing these elements, clients are provided the tools necessary to make decisions that are in their best interest.
As a Tennessee native, giving back in her communities has been a rewarding experience. Melanie’s desire to exceed her client’s expectation has resulted in a strong client retention rate and she looks forward to continuing to successfully build her business in the growing Nashville communities.
The last 10 years has seen Melanie focus on working and building relationships with our Senior Centers in the Bedford, Coffee, Davidson, Rutherford, and Williamson county areas. Melanie has enjoyed volunteering in several different capacities and is excited to continue these relationships that has both fulfilled a need and has provided much enjoyment.
Melanie is excited to bring her in-depth knowledge to this team and is looking forward to the opportunity to broaden her base within the insurance platform to give her clients the best service available.
Heather brings a welcomed base of knowledge with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Through the course of her career, Heather has had the opportunity to work with many individuals and is dedicated to personal service. Through these experiences, Heather has built essential, trusting relationships and she is excited to continue providing exceptional care and advice as she helps her customers in East Tennessee understand all their options in meeting their insurance needs.
Heather has enjoyed participating in area health fairs and educational seminars at local senior centers and getting to know individuals in the community. Her goal is to meet the specific needs of her customers and be a valuable resource in the decision making process in choosing the best health care coverage.
Tony had a wonderful career as a financial planner and was securities-certified in 1985. He loved every day and looked forward to Mondays.
In 2004 after sending clients to whoever for Medicare enrollment, Tony was not pleased with the products his clients received. Their personal needs were not being properly addressed. He became very interested in a place to be of better service to our seniors.
Tony decided to become a specialized Medicare agent to serve them better and this has been his passion since. He believes our seniors are a wonderful group of people. Life has been good to him and he loves giving something back.
Randianne brings to Core Insurance Advisors over 10 years of experience working with the aging population. Throughout most of her career, she has dedicated her service as a preventative health and aging advocate through exercise and nutrition. She understands the importance of trusting someone with your healthcare choices and values the relationships she has with each of her clients and customers. Randianne is optimistic that she will continue to serve the needs of Middle Tennessee by providing exceptional customer service in both educational and insurance product services.
Randianne plans to continue to serve the Middle Tennessee area in community service and Chamber projects. Her enthusiasm in serving others is what makes her successful in the healthcare industry and is apparent in how she lives her life.
Kendall has been working in the insurance arena for over 25 years in Dickson County and surrounding areas. Previously, he owned his own business and managed four offices and several employees while providing Healthcare, Financial, Tax, and Estate planning services to his clients. He enjoyed building successful trustworthy relationships with hundreds of clients during this time.
Kendall is excited about continuing to serve his community while providing exceptional personal services to the good folks of Middle Tennessee. His goal is to help as many customers as he can while creating more long-lasting relationships as he has done for many years. He prides himself in listening to people while putting together a plan that meets their needs in a way that is satisfying to them.
Throughout his career, Kendall has received several sales and service awards. He has also participated in two different local radio shows and was featured on Channel 4 WSMV in a Money Matters segment.
Kendall has proudly earned Eagle Scout honors along with his two brothers. He met the former Ginger Allen of Jackson Tennessee while attending the University of Tennessee at Martin and has been married to her for over 38 years. He and Ginger both graduated from UTM in the late 70’s. They have two beautiful grown daughters along with two fine sons-in-law and of course four cute, smart, and talented grandchildren. He is an active member of First Baptist Church of Dickson.
George has 16 years of customer service experience. He has built his reputation as a “Customer First” solution builder, using his knowledge to ensure customers have the right solution for their needs. His experience in working with small businesses and individuals over the years has given him invaluable knowledge for problem-solving in unique situations. This has helped him build trusting relationships with people from all walks of life while also helping them understand their products and being there with answers when they need him.
When serving his clients, George focuses on getting the best solutions to fit his customers’ needs and ensure they understand all that their plan entails.
He has been avid in helping his community through different kinds of disasters throughout the southeast and loves helping others. He will continue to take time to care for and understand the needs of others.
